Trouble with internet connect after SP3?

The only way that I can connect to the internet is to shutdown my ZoneAlarm
firewall
and then start up my Win XP firewall. This lets me connect and then I can
turn on
the ZoneAlarm firewall again and shut down my Windows firewall. I can then
connect
to the ISP with ZA activated. However, when I reboot, I must go through
this again.
It seems that this started after my SP3 installation. ( which went smoothly)
I removed the ZoneAlarm program and re-installed latest ZA with same results.
Help is needed and appreciated.
Thank you,
Don

I've got SP3 & Zone alarm, and having no issue. However, I reloaded
from scratch.

Shutdown ZA is also my temporary fix until I got the info bellow from ZA:
(Home Network)

Double-click the ZA icon down by the clock.
Click firewall -> main tab, and click the advanced button below
Tick the radio button "this computer is an ICS/NAT gateway", and click ok.
(For the gateway computer, the one that connects to the internet)

For the other client computer, tick "this computer is a client of an ICS/NAT
gateway"

Thanks to everyone for their response to my problem. I feel pretty dumb now
but,
I believe the problem had to do with my not granting Zone Alarm the
permissions
that it needed after I had changed the OS by installing SP3.
Thanks again,
Don
