Trouble with Forms in Word

I am having problems with forms in Word 2007 (Beta). You used to be able to
right click on the toolbar, choose forms and then add the form fields in teh
table. I cannot find a way to do this in 2007. So, I try to import the word
doc into InfoPath, but the header and footer import improperly. Here are the
three main needs I have:

- Make a Word Document a form
- Import Word Document to InfoPath correctly
- Use a graphic or gradient as a fill in a table cell in InfoPath

Thanks for any help!

Click the Office button, then Word Options at the bottom of the dialog and
then select Personalize and check the box for Show Developer Tab in Ribbon.
Then click on the Legacy Tools item under the Controls chunk on the
Developer Ribbon.

Hope this helps.
