Trouble with formatting form results

I am trying to format the form confirmation pages of two forms on my site

If the text in the form is supposed to be in paragraph form like this thread, it always winds up being compacted together, as if it were just one paragraph in the form results

To see what I mean, go to the problem area of my site, http://conservativeposts.us/petf.htm scroll to the bottom and click submit. The confirmation page will have the form's text area box data all scrunched together, and not formatted in paragraph form

P.S. my email address is modified, just remove the parenthesis.

That's a general problem w/ wrapping in form fields
- best you can try is to use the <pre> formatting similar to the article on DW at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;328495
