I am working in a large spreadsheet- the addresses do not link to the correct
company names- the addresses are 1 row down.

How do I rectify this. Is there a way of inserting 1 row in 1 column without
disturbing the others?

Practice on a copy of your data........

Go to the cell where you want to insert a row, then Right-click > Insert >
check ShiftCellsDown > OK

Select the cell where you wish to insert.
Insert/ Cells/ Shift cells down
