besides the divx codec, you can also try the xvid codec, and if you don't
want to install either, you can download and play them in the free
gomplayer. It uses internal codecs so you don't have to install codecs on
your system.
I think you mean "FFDShow Tryouts". FFDShow is buggy and discontinued. =)
(I realize I'm splitting hairs, but given that probably millions of people
are crashing on the old broken "FFDShow", it's an important thing to note.
