Trouble with creating a Room Parent Report

I am trying to create a Room Parent List. My form is set up to take the
parents information then the students name, grade and teacher. If the parent
is the room parent, then they check a box next to the student.

What I am trying to do is create a report that is grouped / sorted by Grade
& Teacher, then by parent. If a parent has more than 1 child in the school
they are usually room parents for all those children. How can I create a
report to list those children & parents in the correct spot (the parent would
be duplicated)

My fields are: ParentName; Child1; Teacher1; RoomParent1; Child2; Teacher2;
RoomParent2; etc.
