Trouble with Chart Legends

Hi,

I am having a problem with Chart Legends in my Access Reports. Is there any
way for Access to automatically size the legend based upon the content?

The database tracks system defects and we provide a weekly report that
summarizes all of the defects, and then displays the defects for each client.
To do this I am putting all of the "All Clients" summaries in the report
header, and the "Clients" make up the detail section of the report.

Technically the report is rock solid and works perfectly. The aesthetics of
the formatting is where I need some help. For example, one of the charts
shows the issues by category. We have a total of 8 categories, however we
only want to show those categories that apply for each client. With these
charts being in the detail section of the report, they are all re-using the
same chart layout. So when I have all 8 categories in play, the legend looks
fine. However for some of the less active clients who only have 1 or 2
issues, I end up with a large, mostly empty legend.

Is there any way for Access to automatically size the legend based upon the
content?
