trouble when join Active Directory

Dear all,
Can I join Domain server from different subnetwork?
example: my server (domain) has IP address of
192.168.0.2. My Network have several sunets :
192.168.1.0, 192.168.2.0....How can users from those
subnet can join to my server (did not found domain when I
try to search domain name)? anybody help me! Thanks!

you need to have DNS and routing setup. Make sure client on 192.168.1.x can
see and resolve name of 192.168.0.2...

Ping 192.168.0.2 and ping name.domain.com etc... If you don't have DNS look
into setup of the hosts files locally on the client.
