Trouble w/combo box

I'm having trouble getting my On Change event to work in my combo box. It's
supposed to open a report based on the selection. It works on other reports,
but not this one. I have a macro with the Where clause:
[DirectorRpt]![DirectorID]=[Forms]![Director Reports]![Director]

The combo box is [Director] on the Director Reports form.

The report is DirectorRpt and there are two Director fields, one is the
Director and one the Director ID. I've tried both, can't seem to get it.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure I'd use the On Change property here, but on to your question.

The ComboBox may be named Director, but what is the bound column? In other
words, it may be bound to the Director, not the DirectorID. Change it so
that it is bound to DirectorID and your WHERE clause should work.

If that doesn't work, please post the recordsource, and bound column for the
combobox.
