Trouble viewing mail

When I received mail in MS Outlook 2007, and I click on the message "Trouble
viewing this mail", it takes approx. 38 seconds to open it. Previously, that
is yesterday, it opened in an instant.
What would cause this?
 
Does it work correctly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If so, it's very likely that the slowness is caused by an add-in that you
have installed. Disabled them all and enable them one by one to find the
culprit.
