Trouble snycronizing between Outlook and Exchange

Threre are items that I see in Outlook Web Access but not in Outlook.

Is there supposed to be a "sync" folder in Outlook 2007? Mine appears to be
missing.
 
Hi,

as you can see items on OWA issue is probably releated to Outlook...try to
run outlook in safe mode to disable all third party add-ins running command
"outlook /safe"
if in this way everything is displayed problem is releated to outlook
add-ins..normaly is the antivirus...
