Trouble Receiving attachments

I can not download anything, every message says: OE has
removed unsafe attachments, etc.
I need to receive a pdf file that is very imp. and cannot
get it. Can anyone help me?
 
With some versions you can just press the "forward" button and then access
the attachments.

Try this; it has worked for me. In Outlook express
click 'Tools' 'Options' 'Security' then uncheck Do not
allow attachements.
 
You can change this setting from the OE menu: Tools|Options|Security.
Then, uncheck the second checkbox from the top. The attachment you want
will then be available.
 
ARGH!

After all this time, I never spotted that. How annoying, I think I must have
thought it was like the Outlook XP security where there is no such easy way
around.
