Trouble printing header on all pages

I am a novice at Access and am having trouble getting the header to print on
all pages of my form. Please help!
 
You are using a Report Header section (prints at beginning of report). You
need to use the Page Header section (prints at top of every page). The same
thing works for footers, where they can be a Report Footer (for the very end
of the report), and a Page Footer (which prints at bottom of every page).
