trouble opening excelsheet

hi all,

I had an excel file. when i send out, some user can open and some user
cannot open. is there any solution for this?

and what might had cause the excel file to act this way. because it can
always be open by all user until recently.

Do you have an administrator that grants access to certain
files/folders? Access rights may have changed for certain users. Just
an idea.
