Trouble logging off

I have trouble logging off and get an error message that says "SheWcon window
won't close". Does anybody know what that means?

Hii, Some process not native of windows is running and restricting the
windows to log off check the process running thru taskmanager and determine
its installation it mostly reinstalling / updating that software shd fix the
problem. ELSE u can simply terminate the process everytime!

MusicMatch Jukebox is probably the culprit. MusicMatch Jukebox has an
update that's supposed to fix the problem.
