Im new to Fp and cant figure this out for the life of me.
using fp 2000 by the way.

I need to make a slight change to a clients asp page. He gave me the
user/pass for his FP web site, but I cant seem to download the asp source.
I created a new empty web. Then import, from web site. put in the url and
it downloaded all the files. It didn't even ask for the passwd. Problem
here is that it just downloaded the server parsed files, and not the
source. the asp script is just plain html.

What am i doing wrong???

So, you are saying there is NO way to get the asp source code? Even though
I have access to overwrite it? I'm really hoping that this is not true.

Sure you can get the source code, just not using the Import web feature.

If you have the user/pass you can open the web live (If FP server extensions
are installed), and publish the web to your hard drive, then you have all the
files.

If the server does not have the extensions installed, you can still access
the site via FTP and transger any files you wish.
