Trouble Configuring Firewall

Hi,
I'm having trouble configuring Windows Firewall. I have tried almost
everything i can, but it always gives me, This page can't be displayed. I've
tried checking network connections and internet options and i've followed
what it gave me to do. nothing has been working and I always have to turn off
Windows Firewall in order to go onto different websites. Please help me I
would really appreciate it! thank you very much!

How about resetting the Windows Firewall back to default settings?
