Trojans!? PLEASE HELP.

I think I have sockets de troie and blazer5 on my
computer and cannot close the ports - does anyone know
how to get rid of them?

Also I am running some software called 'anti-trojan 5.5' -
anyone heard of it - is it reputable - starting to
wonder whether this is really on the level... : (
