Trojan Virus IE FEATS

I have just run Norton Full Scan & TrendMicro Scan and
Trendmicro found 2 Trojan viruses in my Documents &
Settings. I cannot delete these viruses as I am being told
other programs are using these files. Is this dangerous?
Is there some way to get rid of the Trojans without doing
damage to my system?
 
1) Reboot your PC into Safe Mode
2) Using your AV software, perform a Full Scan of your platform and clean/delete any
infectors found
3) Restart your PC and perform a "final" Full Scan of your platform
4) Please report back your results
