In win 2000sp4, AVG detected Trojan.Small located at c:\programs
file\OCINS\cnprovh.dll
which does seems to be unable to clean it.How do we resolve this proble,

if you are using the free version, you may want to try a trial of a better
security solution, or buy the licensed version of AVG if you like it, which
has an extended database. you can do free online scans at most of the major
companies, and most also have free trials, also on the website there may be a
dwonload area for downloading removal tools for hard to clean viruses and the
like

May be AVG need some help as it been compromised by this Virus/Trojans, scan
from other vendors online and also from AVG online scanner.

Go through these cleaning steps to see or get a clear opinion on how
