trojan in my computer!!!!!!!

Hi, I have found with anti-trojan 3 open ports
(among which that of mail... the 25) I have tried and retried
to close it but it doesn't want to know of it...
What can I do?

What are you using for a virus checker? What does it report?
Have you run Spybot Search & Destroy &/or Ad-Aware 6.0?

What ports? Some need to be open.

Thanks! I canceled two port now but I have the Trojan:"sockets de troie,
blaze 5" on the 5000 port....I tried with a destroyer for this one but don't
work.

Do you have some idea? Thank you very much
