TROJAN IN c:\windows\wsem300.dll how do i get rid of.

I have a trojan horse downloader in c:\windows\wsem300.dll ,i have my xp pro
disc how do i use this to replace this file.My anti virus will not sort this
without removing the complete file.PLEASE HELP.

"wsem300.dll" is a virus file....delete it!
