trojan horses on write-protected files

i have a trojan horse on a write protected file. my mcafee would not allow me
clean it
quarentine it
or delete it

i tryed doding a system restore, im not sure if it worked....PLEASE HELP

Try to disable the Runing Process of this virus and do san with another
Vendor than Mcafee and scan for malware on your system from here:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
http://www.avast.com for free removal worms/Virus Body
http://www.trendmicro.com try to use their active X instead of download
Java
Them delete the Files created by the Virus if you can't use this Utility but
be careful no deleting sys files:
http://www.ccleaner.com
