trojan horse downloader winshow AF ?

AVG tells me I have this on my computer but can not heal it or remove it to
vault, I have searched for more info but cant find anything, Any Ideas on
how to remove it ??

turn off system restore and reboot... then, if you wish, turn it back
on and reboot...
