TROJ_SMALL.DA Virus

My msconfd.dll file in WINDOWS\System32 directory is infected with the TROJ_SMALL.DA virus. When I try and clear the registry following PCCillin instructions, it reapears again. Only other thing I can think of is deleting the msconfd.dll file & installing a virgin file from MS site but I can't find it. Any suggestions?

The information I found by searching www.google.com is that msconfd.dll is
spyware. Ref:

If this turns out to be true you can visit
http://security.kolla.de/news.php?lang=en and down load the "Spybot Search
and Destroy Tool" which will rid you of this and all the other adware and
spyware that you may have. Good Luck.
