Probably silly but I'm feeling a little bit scared Was doing some house type work this afti & managed to hit my forhead/temple type area with the end of the hammer handle when I was using it, with a lever to remove a very stubborn old nail, one of those bl**dy big ones. It was a lot of force on a small impact area & was very messy & swelled up ridicuously. It took a bit to clear it up then went back to work. Is evening now & the swelling has gone down/spread out & I was poking it & I noticed that I can't feel any bone through the swelling on the impact area. It's probably nothing. The amount of force required to break the skull is ridiculously high. But I'm still a bit scared. Got to go in to A&E/Casualty now I think. Don't want to, but think I should get it xrayed. John'll be out of the shower soon. He'll get all worried & stuff. & he hates hospitals even more than me. It's probably nothing & I'm sorry about bumping in on your thread Triplex. Just needed to tell someone who was here
