Trim error when using label wizard Access 2003

randy

I created a label that on one line I have:

=Trim([City]& " " & [State] & " " & [zip])

With access 2002 and before this worked perfectly however
with Access 2003 this now causes a pop up window asking
for Trim and then even if I put in city or anything else
I can think of the label prints #Error on that line

Again this very same label works fine in Access 2002 but
not in Access 2003

Can anyone help? I have never gotten any trim functions
to work in Access 2003

The machine has a missing reference.
Open any module in Design view.
On the Tools menu, click References.
Click to clear the check box for the type library or object library
marked as "Missing:."

An alternative to removing the reference is to restore the referenced
file to the path specified in the References dialog box. If the
referenced file is in a new location, clear the "Missing:" reference
and create a new reference to the file in its new folder.

See Microsoft KnowledgeBase articles:
283115 'ACC2002: References That You Must Set When You Work with
Microsoft Access'
Or for Access 97:
175484 'References to Set When Working With Microsoft Access' for
the correct ones needed,
and
160870 'VBA Functions Break in Database with Missing References' for
how to reset a missing one.

I found my error. I noticed that I also was getting an
error when opening the report for the first time that
said. "Your Microsoft Office Access database or project
contains a missing or broken reference to the
file 'OWC10.DLL' version 1.1."

I then went in to TOOLS - MACRO - VISUAL BASIC EDITOR and
then TOOLS - REFERENCES in there I de-selected the
Missing: Microsoft web components (or something like
that) now all works well again.
