Trigger VBA routine if ceel content changes

I need to trigger a VBA routine when the content of one specific cell in a
sheet changes. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

You will need to use the Worksheets Change Event .... Right click the
sheet tab name
and select View Code....

Paste code something like

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.Address = "$A$1" Then
RunYourMacroName
End If
End Sub

Just change the cell Address you need to monitor the change in.
