Tries to open in Exchange format. Error received. Change this-ho.

I just reinstalled MSOutlook. It appears to be trying to open in EXCHANGE
format. It keeps giving me error mesages. How do I fix this? I uninstalled
the entire office suite (after uninstalling just the OUTLOOK & it gave me the
same results). Rebooted. Reinstalled the entire Office Suite. Still get
the same message about the Exchange server.

Open the Mail applet in Control Panel and remove the reference to Exchange.
