Trial version of BCM

I recently purchased the standard version of MS Outlook 2007 (plus have the
Home Version of Office 2007) and want to try out BCM without having to
install the entire Office Small Business trial version. Is there any way
that I can accomplish this?

Thanks for the prompt response.

If I understand this correctly, I would have to install the entire
Professional or Small Business version (even though I already have Office
Home and Office Outlook 07) in order to try out BCM? Then once the trial is
over, if I decide not to purchase one of these versions I would have to
reinstall the 07 versions that I purchased? (Incidentally, I have no
interest in the Accounting package).

I did try to install just the BCM (Download 2) from the URL you listed. It
installed but I was unable to run due to an incorrect product key. I did
receive the trial product key but have no idea how to enable this given that
I'm running the Office Home and Outlook 07 packages.

Please advise.

Thanks!!

In Office Setup, you can choose to install only Outlook 2007. Then you can install BCM (download #2).

This is exactly what I did. When I then started Outlook I got the wizard
that then allowed me to activate successfully. However, once I tried to
create a new database using the wizard, I got an error message -- something
about not having the correct code / version (I uninstalled since then so
don't have the exact message). I can reinstall and try again but seems like
it is checking my Outlook 07 Product Key and not liking it (with no option to
enter my trial Product Key). Make sense?

BCM 2007 will only work with the product keys that come with Small Business, Professional, or Ultimate Office Editions. You might
need to uninstall Office Home, then install one of those Editions.
