i am having problems syncing my treo 650 with apps that i installed from the

Go to the manufacturer's web site for their help about their software and
phone or call their tech support.
 
I have a Treo 650 also. Make sure that you sync manager is running when you
try to sync. You can tell that it is running if you see a blue and red icon
in your system tray. If it is not there, go into the palm folder and click
on it to start it.

Once the sync manager is running then attach the cable. Hold down the
button until the sync is started.
