trendmicro vulnerability message

I ran trendmicro online virus and security scan and got the following message
... but I could not delete it .. I tried going on their webpage but to no
avail.
Has anyone else experienced the same?

Important A vulnerability in ASP.NET allows an attacker to bypass the
security of an ASP.NET Web site, and access a machine. The attacker gains

It means you didn't install a patch and your system is vulnerable.
