I have used ESET's NOD32 and the customer service support has been
wonderful. However, the software is pretty much problem-free, so don't
need customer support that often. I trialed Trend-Micro; was extremely
buggy on my machine, caused high CPU usage, system freezes, etc. Anyway,
just my experience.
