Trend Micro HouseCall question

Whenever I try to use it I get to http://housecall65.trendmicro.com/ and check the box
that says I accept the terms of use then click the Launching Housecall box and it shuts
the browser down whether I am using Internet Explorer, Firefox, AOL, ETC and does nothing
else.

I used it on a regular basis before with no problem but now it does not work.

Has anyone else had problems with it or is it just me?!?!

Sounds like you have an infection that shuts down the browser when your
computer tries to run the ActiveX module that Housecall uses. You might
want to run Hijack This:

and then post your logfile to the appropriate forum at this site:

http://www.spywarewarrior.com/index.php

Somebody there will help you find the villain.
