Treeview Drag and Drop

Can anyone explain the Drag and Drop settings for a Treeview control?

How do I drag & drop a data item to a different node? (Nodes are identified
by an Items 'Queue_Type' and 'Status' so a table needs updating accordingly
following a drop).
