Treeview ContextMenu

I have a context menu on my TreeView.
When I hold the stylus down on the treeview, I do get the context menu, but
the circular arrow graphic cycles twice before the context menu shows to the
user.

Is there a way to make the context menu show up after the circular arrow
graphic cycles once, like it does for other forms/controls? Is this a bug?
This is the only control on the form (including the form) that is using a
context menu, and I am using only one context menu.

Are you running .NETCF SP2 or later (Latest is SP3) - as there was a bug fix
in SP2 for TreeView ContextMenu behaviour on PPC2003.
