I have the following error in my event viewer.
Do you know how to eliminate it?

Travel level parameter is not included in the registry.
The used default trace level is 32.

Thanks in advance for any help

Google shows a couple of references to this error message, both in German.
One remains unresolved, the other reports rather briefly "It was the mouse"
.. . . I suggest you try a different mouse in order to explore this hint. If
it does not work then you should post a lot more information, e.g. when the
message is recorded: At boot time, logon time, when you start a specific
application? You might also decide to ignore it since it does not appear to
cause any problems.

Thank you. I had seen those before I posted. After I posted I thought of
trying Microsoft's site and got a good hit that shows how to fix the
registry, which I did and that worked. I don't know why Google didn't find
it nor why I my mind waits until I post to come up with a suggestion.

I have another problem with Event Viewer: Many SQLEXPRESS messages but I no
longer have SQLEXPRESS installed. (Messages like: The Service Broker
protocol transport is disabled or not configured.) I do have SqlServer
installed. In the System Configuration Utility I see a Service SQL Server
(SQLEXPRSS) service running. Is there some way I can find out what file is
being run?

Thanks again

If instead of msconfig I look in Administrative Tools/Services I find that
there is a SQL SERVER(SQLEXPRESS) that points to:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\Binn

I found Administrative Tools/Services while looking for something else.

I don't know if this should have been uninstalled or comes with SQLSERVER

Thanks
