transpose checkbox

Hi! i've been working on a purchase order and cant seem to get a checkbox transpose to work, what i want it to do is when checked data is copied to the purchase order & automatically goes to the next line. Is this possible? and how difficult any help or different routes would be greatly appreciated. thnx -alex

Hallo!

You insert Check box control from Forms Toolbar. Try to use Visual basic Toolbar and insert Check box from Control toolbox.
