Transparent

I have a clear textbox and it is light blue color. I would like it to appear on top of my labels as i select them over it (or transparent) where i can see through it

does anybody know how to make it transparent? Thanks .

Not on all OS but have a look at webcolors transparant.

(on a windowform, little bit strange place)

Textbox does not support Transparent, and Button does but it is still not transparent. What object do you recommend I use Transparent with? I would like it to be light Blue, similar like a floating highligther like a Web Rollover
