I am looking for something (freeware) which will translate English(US)
to Finish and/or Swedish.

How about Google language tools?

I also have about 20 pages of text (at this in WORD) I want to translate
and see no easy way to do that here.

Free on-line, and they sell software too.

You won't find one. Even the expensive payware ones only produce
extremely mangled translations.

Is this for a business website or a one-time thing that you yourself
need a very rough translation of?
