Translate to Hebrew

Hello,

I have word XP pro.
I want to translate words from English to Hebrew.

I use tools -> language -> translate, but I don't see that I can translate
from English to Hebrew
(Other languages are available).

What should I declare in order that the feature of translating English to
Hebrew will be available ?

You would either need a Hebrew edition of Word 2002, or the Office 2002
Proofing Tools CD.
