Translate Entire document is non-selectable in Word 2002?

When trying to translate a document in Word 2002 I'm able to translate
Current Selection - but when I click Entire document the GO button in the
'Lookup in dictionary' becomes non-selectable. So it can't be translated.
MS Proofing Tools are installed...

Word's proofing tools can only translate single words. In order to translate
the entire document, you need to be subscribed to a web service, or
something similar.
