Transfert data from a standard form to a customised one ?

Hello everybody.

Suppose that I have 200 contacts in outlook 2003. Those contacts have been
created with the default "Contact" form.

Now I make a customised "Contacts" form. For instance I add some fields,
perhaps controls, but I do not remove any existing fields.

Is there a way to transfer my old contacts to the new form ? So, when I open
a contact, it will open with my new form ?

I was thinking of doing this by export to excel and re-import in Outlook ?

If you have some ideas ?
