transferspreadsheet error

I am trying to use transferspreadsheet to export a table
into an existing excel spreadsheet. The existing
spreadsheet has 3 worksheets of graphs that are linked to
a different table. When I transfer to this spreadsheet, I
get a fatal error ("MSAccess.exe has generated errors by
Windows and will close...") and the database closes. When
I use the exact same command to transfer to a different
spreadsheet with no graphs, it works fine. Any ideas why
I can't transfer to a spreadsheet that contains worksheets
with graphs?
