Sending my laptop in for repair due to faulty fan. Backing up all my data
and I've been able to transfer all my e-mails from Outlook 2003 to a laptop
running Outlook 2002. However, I cannot get the settings (i.e. "Mail
Format", "E-mail Accounts", etc.) to transfer.

Any way to do this?

Configure it manually; don't "downgrade" your setting.

Also note the format of your pst-file;

I have signatures and other settings used in my e-mails as I am an attorney.
I'm just needing to use Outlook 2002 for about a week while my laptop is in
service (I don't have access to my Office 2003 discs as they are back in
Florida and I am currently working in Ohio).

Is there no way to transfer my signatures and other settings? I've already
backed up my folders and e-mails in Outlook, but I need my signatures and I
have about 20 of them to use at various times.

Does anyone know how to do that or am I bound to spend the better part of
the evening making changes manually to Outlook 2002?

Your signatures are kept here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures
