Transferring photos to "My Pictures folder"

Right clicking on an image and saving it in the "My Pictures" folder used to
take about ONE second. Suddenly it now takes about TWENTY seconds.
How do I go back to the ONE second mode?
I'm using Windows XP, SP2. My hard drive is 80% free.

You right click on an image on the Internet?
If so, delete your Internet Temporary files.
Click on Tools, Internet Options.
In the opening window, click on the Delete button in the middle of the
window. A small window will open. Check the box and delete.

Thanks Yves. I delete the internet temporary files frequently so your suggestion does not solve my problem. Any other thoughts, anybody?
