transferring personal folders to a new computer

How do I transfer my outlook personal folders from one computer to another
 
Your personal folders are stored within a file called a "PST" file.

Right-click on "Personal Folders"
Choose the "Advanced" button
Look at the "Filename:" field - this is where your personal folders file
(PST) is stored.

This file can be copied to a different system, and then you can either open
the PST or import the data from this PST into the active PST file.
 
The only correction I would add is that you would never import from a PST
file if you wanted to leave your data intact.
