Transferring Outlook Express emails on old PC to Outlook 03 on new

I just bought a new computer w/ Outlook 2003. I used Outlook Express on my
old computer to access a POP3 account. I have successfully set up Outlook
2003 on new to access my account, but would like to transfer over the old
emails and folders. Suggestions on best methodology?
I do have Outlook 2000 on my old computer, which I could use as an
intermediate step, if necessary.
And, to add to the confusion, I used multiple identities on the old Outlook
Express.

Transfer your Outlook Express messages (ALL .dbx files) from the old
computer into Outlook Express on the new computer. Then, in Outlook
Express on the new computer, use File > Export to export the messages
into Outlook 2003.

The new computer does not have Windows installed? If Internet Explorer
is installed, Outlook Express should be, as well. Outlook will not
work without Outlook Express installed. If you really do not have
Outlook Express installed (which I doubt), you can download it, along
with Internet Explorer, from the Internet Explorer website.
