transferring forms

I have 2 db (DB1 and DB2) in which I can use 2 forms from
DB1 in DB2. I would like to copy/paste them over. I've
several ways but end getting the error message of not
able to connect to network. I'm not on the network. I
delete the table RecordSource to the 2 forms before copy
and pasting into DB2. If I can do this it will save me
about 2 - 3 hours of time mainly reinventing the 2
forms. Can someone assist as to how I can go about this
correctly?
Thanks for any assistance.

Are you using Access 2000 and getting this error message: "Error accessing file. Network
connection may have been lost."?

If so, you need to perform the updates discussed in the following KB article:

Yes it is A2k and the 2 db are located on the same
machine which is the same one they both were made on. I
will scope out the article you mentioned.
