Transferring Files from Home Computer to Office Computer

When two computers are connected remotely via cable and
both computers have XP Operating Systems, how do I
transfer a file from home computer to my office computer

Well, if your running XP Pro on either one you could use Remote Desktop which lets you access local
and remote drives when connected. Then you can simply copy/cut-n-paste files and folders between
machines.

Another alternative is a VPN connection...You can setup a VPN server on either a XP Pro or XP Home
machine.
